What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
We use a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend that ensures a clean, long-lasting burn and excellent fragrance throw in every tin.
How long do your tin candles typically burn?
Our 4oz tins burn for approximately 20-25 hours, while our 8oz tins provide a burn time of 40-50 hours when following proper wick care.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your candles arrive damaged or dented, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Are the tins recyclable or reusable?
Yes! Once your candle has finished burning, you can easily clean out the remaining wax with warm soapy water and reuse the tin for storage or recycle it.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To prevent tunneling, ensure the wax melts all the way to the edges of the tin during the first burn. This usually takes about 2 hours.
